strange.....

some times in the life some strange things happens.... u shocked what is this !!!! you are forced to think about it...... why some times some people start giving attention to you .... without any reason !!!  well i think it gives you a wrong signal always ..... because when some one needs your help that one start buttering you and when time passed they left you where u were ..... isn't it strange !!!!!  and above all most of the time its hurting !!!!

Life is beautiful or ugly!!!! What you all think about it…. It's a complicated topic because everyone has his/her own experience about life. According to that experiences of life everyone made a paradigm of life for his/her owns self. It's very difficult to agree with only one point of view. Its depend on the circumstances of your surroundings. According to that u made an opinion about life. Your paradigms change with the passage of time, as you grownup and try to search out about life. What is life! What is it for! How to spend it! And many more questions come in our minds.. But we don't have any proper answer for all those questions. We don't take life serious till something doesn't happen with us. Why is that so friends!! Why we don't think before the time….. Why we all are proactive people ….!!!! 

Why we always learn after getting worst results!!!. Why is that so!!! Why we not make proper plans for our life … why we take it so easy…… did u don't give worth to your life!!! You don't have any value for your life!!! 

Life is not that much easy that mush it seems .. its very easy to talk about others but no one can do it its own self……..

Search what life is … and spend it in good manner. Its not too late still ..

For me life is a piece of cake  ,having almonds in it .sometimes the piece of cake can have a bitter almond in it as well but we cannot throw the whole piece of cake for a bitter almond. We just take another bite of cake and its again delicious.

DISADVANTAGES OF COKE!!!!!

I cannot stop myself to stay away from you…..

I am crazy about you. I cannot live without you.  You are the reason of my life. I miss u a lot when you are far from me..Ohhhh you are my first love … I just want you to be with me always……

Yes I am talking about the love of you guys …. Coca cola …..

Some of us really crazy about coke…. Every one of us know that everything has its negatives and positives, advantages and disadvantages. So while using anything keep all the frames of picture in front of you.

2.BOND.

In your life you can see people around you having coke. They are enjoying a lot with it. But just think for a moment when you know that the person in front of you is doing a wrong thing which is harmful for that one and the one is not ready to listening what you are saying. What you can do at that time!!!!

When a sensible person do that kind of deeds. It hurts a lot to your loved one’s.  so please my dear fellows just think about it and listen what I want to tell to you all because I really care for you all as my class fellows. Keep a side  your current mindset about coke and listen to my points….

Coca cola has many disadvantages and it is nothing more than a drink .some are…

 1. It is full of sugar

 2. It is full of calories and has too much caffeine and soda

 3. It contains phosphorous that is bad for teeth and bones

 4. It also contains caramel that is also bad for teeth

 5. It removes water from your body as it contains caffeine which is a diuretic

 6. It is also effective for nervous system as well as for brain function

7.The CARAMEL COLORINGS used are very harmful and a cause of cancer.

8.CAFFEINE, only to make the drink addictive and has many disadvantages.

9. Natural oils and flavors added in Pepsi contain ALCOHOL as a solvent.

THE IMPACT ON OUR BODY

 Our body has an optimum temperature of 37" for the functioning of digestive enzymes. The temperature of cold soft drinks is much less than 37, sometimes quite close to 0. This lowers the effectiveness of the enzymes and puts stress on our digestive system, digesting less food. In fact the food gets fermented. The Coca-Cola ingredients are kept highly secret and apparently only a few people know the secret Coca-Cola recipe at any one time in the world. Though it is a fact that Coca-Cola contains an assortment of acids and chemicals that are strictly regulated. The original Coca-Cola recipe also contained traces of cocaine, which as you most likely know why cocaine is often known as "coke".

 Though I am sure if you saw all of the Coca-Cola ingredients and knew what they all were that you would be put of Coke for life. But most of them are kept secret and many of the ingredients on the can are disguised with long chemical names instead of their proper name. Coke is probably the unhealthiest fizzy drink on the market.

Though perhaps Coke should have a warning on it or photos of rotten teeth on the side of it. Because it isn't all smiles as the adverts portray…

There are hardly 2 or three advantages ( which are temporary)  all other are disadvantages  which I already explain infront of you all.

The question at the end which everyone must have in their minds is that why I select coke as my topic of speech. As according to me in 21^st century everyone is so fast we don’t have the time to think on these small things like advantages and disadvantages of coke. My main point was to tell all of you the harmful effects of coke which we can face after few months or sometime years of using coke… these effects are hidden and shown at the time when there is no treatment of it and we became helpless at that time…. I am alerting you all before that time comes… think about it!!!!

CLOSING STATEMENT:

 HOW much you love yourself or you just want to waste your life for this useless coke!!!! Now its your turn to think and take a decision !!!

every one has his/her own way of experiencing the feelings when he/she is hurt....some people express it in front of others but some don't .... in which category you lie !!!  if i saw it i am in between these both some times i remain silent and some time i express ... it can be happened .... both categories can be together in a person .....
what i fell personalty is we should tell the one that we are feeling hurt because of him/her.....  but some times its better to stay silent and step back from the one simply....  if the one really have some care and feelings for you ..she/he will understand it on her//his own.... don't impose on others to do care for you ... because in front of you she/he will do the same but at your back what can happen you can't imagine ....
be careful in your life ... from your surroundings and from your friends as well....
set your limitations and realize others not to cross them ....

PARTY IN UNIVERSITY..........

Well the party time was 6:30 and i reached at 7:30... that was a bad start ... trafic in lahore ...ufffff
the friends were angry and i was tense .... but any how i adjust .... some moments were really memorable for me .... the dances were awsome..... no theme of dances .... u can do what u want to.... freedom of your own wishes ........ just do what you want......everyone had the freedom .... that was the time i want to be in the AIR ......... and actually i was ....every one was looking awesome and just wao..........
well i will not disscuss the end of the party here ... because i think that we should always disscuss the  happy moments in our life and forget the worst one .... because happy moments take a smile on our face......... so keep smiling .   :))))))))

FROM WHERE I START MY JOURNEY OF REAL LIFE... FOR WHAT A LIFE IS MEANT TO BE!!....... just give me your 5mins from your precious time and read it :))

There are many events in everyone’s life when you have the option to do right or wrong. The right option is difficult to fulfill but we can easily fulfill the wrong one because there will be more benefit for us in it and we don't have to work hard and in short time we will get more benefit in it. So most of us chose the wrong way of doing the work.
A very small story from my life but it always gives a very beautiful and self satisfaction feeling to me. Because it was a very first interaction of mine with my inner voice.

When I was in 9th grade there were some fellows of my class which were weak in studies and other activities. Every topper of my class tries to stay away from them which push them into the inferiority complex. I feel that its hurts them and hurts me as well as I was from one of the toppers. I didn’t think the behavior which was from my fellow’s side was right. I decided to be close to those girls. I gave importance to their thoughts, ideas and with amendment, I present it in the class and gave the all the credit to them. I started to spend my most of time with them. I listen whatever in their hearts which was cause of their hesitation and complex. I tried my best to take them out of it. Indeed I face many barriers from my fellows but I face it because I know that what is my inner voice and what makes me satisfied. I know that what I am doing is right but to fulfill it, is difficult task for me.
At last the happiness and confidence I saw in those girls after that it makes me feel at the top of the sky in the air, feeling that I get all the happiness of the world. I try to guide them according to the directions which I was applying for myself.
Simple is that no one was paying me for that help of them and for my time. But can we start thinking a little above from these differences. In the world, happiness is from one of those things which can’t be bought from anywhere. We cannot pay for getting a happy moment. Just try to be the one whom can hold the one who’s falling in darkness.
